Gary Gygax is dead
Gary Gygax, beloved by geeks everywhere, died yesterday. For those who don't know who he is, follow the link - Gary was recognized widely as the father of tabletop roleplaying. I know he wasn't the only one sitting around developing the rule set that would one day become D&D, but his is certainly the name that stuck to it so prominently. RIP, Gary...
Update: Ars Technica has a great eulogy to Gary.
